Have you ever wondered how companies collect all the information they use to share feel good stories (usually about what their teams have been up to and the positive impacts those actions are having in the world) with us?
In most cases, it is a coordinated effort between their communications team and various individuals among the staff.
I created this brief course to help empower staff at the organization (from managers to warehouse workers) to feel confident in their ability to share their own stories – those of innovation, overcoming hardship, and success – and inspire their colleagues and clients alike.
